After professionaly cleaning your tile and grout, we use MicroGuard® AD708 Hard Tile Clear Gloss Treatment, which is a hard tile clear gloss finish that protects tile, stone, terrazzo and other hard surfaces from environmental wear. This coating bonds with the floor surface at a molecular level to provide strength, durability and wear resistance, resulting in the elimination of odors caused by an accumulation of oils, grime, dirt, urine, mold and other undesirable substances. The entire floor is completely cleaned and sealeed, resulting in a beautiful finish which protects from future accumulations of dirt, oils, mold, bacteria, and other undesireable substances and odors.

Make Cleaning Your Tile & Grout Easy
MicroGuard's Tile Surface Sealer allows you to clean your surfaces using only water, a diluted disinfectant, and a mop. Tile and grout lines will be effectively sealed so that dirt and stains will not penetrate. The protective coating also has hydrophobic properties and naturally repels water and debris. Other treatments used on floors, such as wax, get debris and other particulates embedded in the surface, making the surface difficult to clean.
