We use MicroGuard® AD702 Sealer to penetrate deeply into concrete surfaces and effectively fill the concrete capillaries. This inorganic sealer will not saponify. This sealer is designed to be applied prior to the application of MicroGuard® AD703 Concrete Clear Treatment, as part of a complete system.
It can be used anywhere that mitigating mold growth or minimizing organic staining is important. When used as an impregnating sealer, a beautiful and subtle satin sheen is achieved and colors within the substrate are dramatically enhanced. When used as a sealer/finish system on interior concrete type horizontal surfaces, these products provide maximum abrasion, ablation and chemical resistance properties.
MicroGuard® AD702 Sealer & AD703 Gloss Treatment, as a finishing coat may be used in conjunction with each other for coating interior concrete floors, such as factory or warehouse installations, auto repair bays, aircraft hangars or anywhere abrasion, solvent, chemical & stain resistance is imperative.
